The service bore no relation to what was quoted, "Experienced professionals" and quality packing. We would have done a better job ourselves. They grossly underestimated the job so 2 trips were required.
1. Packing service for the Lounge and Kitchen, resulted in all our possessions scattered and randomly dumped into unlabelled boxes, delicate items like wine glasses packed together in 3’s and wrapped in a single sheet of paper together! Nothing was individually wrapped for protection. Hence a lot of breakages. See photos at http://www.flickr.com/people/113408314@N05  
2. No assembly at end: They delivered the shelving units but did not reassemble them, probably because the shelves were in different un-named boxes!  
3. Incomplete move: I instructed them to take everything from the flat (except for the vacuum cleaner) and garage yet they still forgot the television! I had to collect myself from the old flat along with a few other items as well as garage items.
4. A 3 man team: On the second trip only two returned, so I paid for 3 guys and got 2 for the second half of it.  
5. Equipment: They didn't have any! the quote says they would, in the end they used MY trolley. As for Sat Nav, they still got lost and they didn’t get the detailed directions sent to their office and were late.
6. I had to threaten legal action to get a limited refund plus the additional £65 which they claimed was levied for disposals I never even requested or received. These guys are to be avoided.   .
